Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Scispace untuk Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Guru SMAN 6 Pekanbaru

This study aims to develop and implement a training program on the use of the Scispace application to assist teachers at SMAN 6 Pekanbaru in writing scientific papers. Scispace is a digital platform designed to streamline the process of writing, managing references, and publishing academic work more efficiently. The primary focus of this research is to evaluate how training in Scispace can enhance teachers’ abilities to produce scholarly writing that meets academic standards, while also introducing technological tools that support scientific productivity in educational settings. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an experimental design, involving a series of intensive training sessions for participating teachers. The training covers key features of the Scispace application, such as the use of templates, reference management, and collaborative writing tools. Participants' writing abilities are assessed using pre-tests and post-tests to measure improvements in their academic writing skills. The expected outcomes of this study include significant improvements in teachers’ competencies in writing scientific papers and increased adoption of technology to support academic productivity. In addition, the study seeks to identify the challenges teachers may face when adopting the application and to provide strategic recommendations for the development of similar training programs in the future.Referensi
